Dr. Kara Bartlett, PT, DPT
Dr. Kara Bartlett received her BA in psychology from University of Washington in 2012. She worked for the Seattle Public Library system for several years, while also volunteering at various physical therapy clinics to gain experience in the field. She then attended the University of Miami where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020.
Throughout her time at the University of Miami, Kara had the opportunity to volunteer in diverse settings. One of her favorite experiences was with the Sabrina Cohen Foundation, a nonprofit organization that fosters adaptive fitness and recreational programs for those living with disabilities. Kara helped to assist participants into the ocean using adaptive equipment.
Helping others achieve joy and excitement in an activity that isn’t easily accessible truly reinforced her desire to be in this profession.
After graduation, she began working in the acute care setting in Washington, D.C. She soon realized her passion was in outpatient orthopedics.
In her free time, Kara likes to stay active by spending her free time hiking, working out, and paddle boarding.
Dr. Bret Grebowsky, PT, DPT, CHT

Dr. Grebowsky’s primary focus is to help people function without pain during daily tasks and to return to specific activities they enjoy. He incorporates a hands-on approach to treating his patients using manual therapy, activity specific exercises and patient education. Dr. Grebowsky feels that an intrinsic part of the rehabilitation process is educating patients concerning their condition, expectations and course of care.
Dr. Grebowsky attended DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Maryland where he played basketball under legendary coach Morgan Wootten. He then played college basketball at Clarion University and Salisbury State University.
Dr. Grebowsky enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children’s soccer and basketball teams.
Dr. Angella Chen, MS, OTD, OTR/L

Dr. Chen practices occupational therapy with a focus on treating upper extremity and hands with an integration of therapeutic exercises, functional activities, manual therapy, and patient education in order to reduce pain, increase ROM, and promote functions so that the clients are able to return to their work, daily living, and leisure activities participation. In addition to a hands-on therapy approach, Dr. Chen utilizes her counseling background to emphasis her treatment care utilizing therapeutic relationship between therapist and clients to address clients’ concerns and problems in order to achieve the maximal benefits of therapy. Dr. Chen had the opportunity to work in diverse settings including sub-acute inpatient, long term care, and Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) treating diversify conditions, disorders, and injuries. Dr. Chen discovered her passion for hand therapy during the time she was completing her doctoral in occupational therapy and later on she began her work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic with a plan to take hand certification exam in near future.
Throughout her educational career, she had the opportunity to complete her doctoral capstone with the federal affairs at the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) to advocate for the profession of occupational therapy and with the focus on promoting the Allied Health Workforce Diversity. Dr. Chen also speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese. Dr. Chen enjoys traveling, exploring foods, climbing, and volleyball.
Jenna St Aubin, MS, OTR/L

Jenna approaches therapy with a holistic perspective; considering each person’s unique daily life demands, environments, and interests to best address their needs for therapy. Jenna believes through a mix of hands-on techniques, client education, and purposeful exercise, each person can get back to the things they want and need to do to live their most fulfilling life.
In her free time Jenna enjoys spending time with friends, working out, stand-up paddle boarding, and playing with her dog.
