Dr. Kara Bartlett, PT, DPT
Dr. Kara Bartlett, PT, DPT
Dr. Kara Bartlett received her BA in psychology from University of Washington in 2012. She worked for the Seattle Public Library system for several years, while also volunteering at various physical therapy clinics to gain experience in the field. She then attended the University of Miami where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020.

Throughout her time at the University of Miami, Kara had the opportunity to volunteer in diverse settings. One of her favorite experiences was with the Sabrina Cohen Foundation, a nonprofit organization that fosters adaptive fitness and recreational programs for those living with disabilities. Kara helped to assist participants into the ocean using adaptive equipment.

Helping others achieve joy and excitement in an activity that isn’t easily accessible truly reinforced her desire to be in this profession.

After graduation, she began working in the acute care setting in Washington, D.C. She soon realized her passion was in outpatient orthopedics.

In her free time, Kara likes to stay active by spending her free time hiking, working out, and paddle boarding.

As a result of these diverse experiences, he has been able to work with patients through all stages of the rehabilitation process.

Dr. Grebowsky’s primary focus is to help people function without pain during daily tasks and to return to specific activities they enjoy. He incorporates a hands-on approach to treating his patients using manual therapy, activity specific exercises and patient education. Dr. Grebowsky feels that an intrinsic part of the rehabilitation process is educating patients concerning their condition, expectations and course of care.

Dr. Grebowsky attended DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Maryland where he played basketball under legendary coach Morgan Wootten. He then played college basketball at Clarion University and Salisbury State University.

Dr. Grebowsky enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children’s soccer and basketball teams.
